Notifications Data Fixes

We need to send additional data with notifications, for the frontend to be able to properly show data:

• Generally - the sender company/identity name & node id
• bill status - (pending payment / pending acceptance / rejected / expired / which action is needed on frontend)
  • So that it's clear to the receiver if they need to pay/accept something, or if it's just information
• notifications send/show duplicates?
  • check if it can happen that duplicates (same id) are returned
