Add pagination to the blog page

Apparently we have a handful of articles in our blog page . Add a pagination feature to make things a bit cleaner

I think we have some of the pagination functionality in place some investigation should be done.

apparently the default Jekyll pagination doesn't support that feature, it only works in a next-previous action. However, I can use a different package for that suggested
feature

The github-pages gem is included as part of the plugin setup, which overrides other third-party pagination plugins. Making it challenging to use jekyll-paginate-v2. Direct use of jekyll-paginate-v2 with GitHub Pages isn't possible, as GitHub Pages only supports specific plugins, such as jekyll-paginate, but not jekyll-paginate-v2. And most of the options I'm seeing seems like an over-kill just for the pagination. If this is fine by you I'd like to close this issue

We need to update the website as the pages are still broke. Either hardcode the pages blog/page2, blog/page3, etc or remove the numbers.
