Laggy audio

Can't tell why, but sometimes the audio is choppy. Experienced this when booting rocket league. Shouldn't be disk as it loads a full track into memory and cpu is not at 100%, so the only possible option left is memory... but it's not going into swap and it feels really weird for that to break audio that much. Should look into this.

Keeping this open. The change should help but I don't think it fixes the problem. Don't know if the issue can even be fixed :P I'll have to see with other players as well.

Reproducing is hard, probably due to some sort of caching :(
I am unable to reproduce while stress testing the memory, so I don't think it's that.

I suspect it might be dipping into swap memory when this happens, pairing with high disk usage. I did notice pretty high disk usage when rocket league boots.
