HTML incorrect for circular route with intermediate timepoint

The route with ID G1 is a circular route with the first and last stops coinciding. There is an intermediate stop which is also a timepoint.
However, the trips for this route appear incorrectly, starting from the intermediate point.

I tried generating a timetable for the G1 route using this GTFS:

It looks like the rows generated in this table are properly ordered.

Can you share with me the output you are seeing and also the values you are using for config.json so I can try to replicate the issue?
