Salon Topic 5. Threats & Countermeasures

Threats & countermeasures didn't get much time at the Salon, but here's some of our thoughts:

Threats cover issues of secure input and output, supply-chain security, memory privacy, and side-chain resistance. Countermeasures discuss how to resolve threats, including making things tamper-evident (so that tampering can be seen), tamper-resistant (so that tampering can be made more difficult), and tamper-proof (so that tampering can’t occur, which may be an impossible case).
