Save registry as an easy accessible data file #2

Do you think we can save the registry as a JSON file?
This could be a nice approach as it would allow other repositories to fetch the registry information data from here.
If we only have it as "rust code," it makes it difficult.
An example of how that works is the ss58-registry here, where many other packages/libs in the ecosystem fetch info from the JSON file in this repository, so they don't need to update their code when something changes in the registry.
