Add package.json and tsconfig.json to repo #222
Description
No need to generate these files as part of the GitHub action. They can be commited as normal files to the repo, to make it easier to see how things are connected, make local builds, etc.
Also; this would make it easier to bump the version in the package.json during build etc.
