Python 3.12 and 3.13 support #1568
Description
Hi! Python 3.12 has been out for a year and a half but it seems like you still don't support it. Could support be added? Just like in #1112 I'd like to recommend cibuildwheel as a really smooth developer experience for distributing wheels with complicated builds for all supported python versions, interpreters, platforms, ... They very quickly release version support for the latest python version so simply rerunning your CI will produce wheels for the latest python version.
PS: Maybe add Python 3.13 as well :)
