Notification Action Button Enhancement

When utilizing the notification action/shortcut buttons in the Windows client, the blue bubbles main chat window is popped to the foreground, somewhat defeating the point of the shortcut being a quick action button.

This includes the "mark as read" and other "reaction" buttons.

I suggest that these actions should clear the notification and NOT pop the chat window to the foreground. This could also become a new setting under Desktop Settings > Notifications > Actions.

This is a bug and should only be reproducible when clicking "Mark Read" on a notification that says "X messages". It should not be happening when clicking the reaction buttons. This has been fixed by eed03b8 and will make it into a release soon
