Setting the volume level for notifications doesn't get saved across instances of the desktop app #2963
Description
Setting the volume level in Settings->Desktop Settings doesn't seem to get saved. It'll work for that instance, but if you close the app and restart it, it'll be back to 100%.
Screenshot to be clear which setting I'm referring to.
I'm running into this on Windows 11 and running version 1.15.4.0_Windows_Msix.
Happy to provide any other details needed.
