Chat list shows new message, but actual chat doesnt

Hello!

When I receive a message it shows that I got one in the chat list, but when I go to the actual chat it doesnt have any message there at all.

I am able to respond to messages, I just dont get any in the chat.

I am on Ventura 13.7.6 and BlueBubbles version 1.9.9
