403 occurs when trying to create new database

I had an issue with the Google Cloud setup but fixed it by manually adding Firebase. But now, it's failing later, and I can't figure it out.

I was able to fix this by deleting the (default) database in the Firebase console.

have you at any point had a previous firebase db (like for an existing bluebubbles server)?
