In Dark mode: UserControl placed inside group box, Background colors don't match

When you place a UserControl inside the group box, in dark mode, the background color of the group box (black) is different from the background color of the placed UserControl (dark mode background color).

Colors should match so that UserControls don't cast their background color that is different from the group box.

FYI:
The UserControl's back color is set to Transparent, so it should match the control's back color it is placed in.
