Flashing a Raspberry Pi Pico 1 failed

I tried to flash the firmware BlueSCSI_Universal_2026-03-01_d4a38955.uf2 on my Pico1 via USB, but the write failed. BlueSCSI_Pico1_Audio_SPDIF_2026-03-01_d4a38955.uf2 could be written. Is it possible that the universal firmware is too big for a Pico1?

Did it actually fail? The Universal has both pico1 and pico2 firmwares combined but some OS's (Windows) complain that the drive ejects. It is harmless and your Pico actually did update (check the log).
