Website and quickstart guide

Hi,
I’ve just installed LndHub to my btcpayserve-docker stack and I am stuck what to do next.

1. In the Docker stack yaml I see it should be configured to be accessible on the btcpay.example.com/bluewallet_lndhub_app, but there is just some dashboard without navigation to adminsitration.
2. In the README there are not quickstart instructions.
3. Repo has no Wiki section
4. Repo has lndhub.io in the description, but there is Heroku error

So I am quite lost how to start using it. What I expected to find in the README on the website:

• How to access admin interface?
• If there is no admin interface how to access config and accounts management?
• How to secure it?

Could you please write some basic quickstart guide (if it is not already somewhere) and link it from the repo homepage? Or fix the website if it was there?
