Description
Ensure that both Rng and eventual SecureRng generators are tested to ensure high quality randomness, given their respective thresholds of what it means to be random. Rng won't need to be tested to the same level of SecureRng, but SecureRng will definitely need to be verified that it is indeed high quality enough to be used for cryptographic purposes.
