Feature Request : Add Customizable scaling for pixels to support Windows Upscaling Feature

I like to request a feature, which allows me to specify the up scaling factor from Windows Desktop Display Settings. Otherwise I always need first to switch back to 100% in Windows settings and then again back to my preferred settings.
