Document concept of testing #12
Description
- Brief explanation of why we need people to get in the habit of testing
- Outbound link to more 101 information if they're completely stumped on what that could look like
- Explanation of how testing on BobaBoard resources works
- Add inline links to the tools being used where relevant
- Explain when to use what kind of test (Jest vs Cypress)
- Go poll volunteers for what's missing from this explanation
- Integrate blurb and link to testing details into respective repos' "getting started" docs
- Close with encouragement to prospective volunteers to get help/open issues when in doubt, because if we could trust people to internalize that unprompted we would be in a very different social environment here
