plotSpatial ignores factor levels for node_color_by

Thanks for creating such a useful tool!

I'm trying to create a spatial plot colored by cell types, with a custom order for the cell types. Usually I'd achieve this using an ordered factor, but even when I define the colData column as a factor the order is ignored when the plot is generated.
