Fibroblast Cells Missed #285
Description
Large areas of what seem to be fibroblasts are left unsegmented. It seems to simply segment nucleus and round cytoplasm.
I read that aSMA is a cytoplasmic protein, so the blue strips should be inside of cell segmentations. IDR METABRIC viewer used.
