White screen on ILI9341 TFT 2,8" with ESP32 DEV Module

I've tested the TFT_eSPI-Library with an ESP32 DEV Module (ESP-WROOM-32) and a 2,8" SPI TFT Module with ILI9341 without touch. Everything was fine. For cabling and setup i used the Youtube-video from XTronical "ILI9341 TFT LCD to ESP32 -Full HOW TO ..."
After a while and changing code, i got a white screen. I made no changes of cabling and setup.
I exchanged the EPS32-Board, exchanged cables, exchanged position on breadboard and exchanged to a WEMOS Lolin32 V1.0.0 - white screen.
I set up the Adafruit-Library "Adafruit_ILI9341" with pin-definitnions from TFT-eSPI - everything works.
I think, it is not a hardware-problem.

Somehow i've got 3 Folder for Arduino (OneDrive, Dokumente and Documents) with different files. Probably by reinstalling the ide in different versions. After cleanup and a fresh installation everything woks fine.
