Hi, I am hoping to use a 1280x480 display, but as far as I can see there are no SPI-native display drivers which support such a resolution. All of the displays I have found at this resolution feature a DSI interface.
Lattice Semiconductor provide a reference design using one of their FPGAs to implement a SPI to MIPI PHY.
Does anyone know if this would work with the TFT_eSPI library?
My controller is an ESP32-S3, which I think should be adequate to drive a 1280x480 display at say 20-30fps with DMA enabled.
