E-Paper display interface with ESP32

Hi,
Recently, I've been working with an E-paper display interface using an ESP32 (Waveshare product). If I hardcode the hex value for an image, it displays correctly. Now, I'm trying to display an image by providing the URL for a PNG image, but I'm unable to convert the PNG image to hex values for display. Kindly help me
