TFT_eSPI is a phenomenal resource, and Bodmer put so much time and effort into it, supporting many devices and patiently responding to many queries. I miss Bodmer's interactions and I, too, hope Bodmer is OK. Thank you for all your work.
My usage of the resource has only ever been trivial but, if Bodmer is no longer able or willing to continue to maintain TFT_eSPI it would be really good to see ownership transferred or an authoritative fork established to keep it current.

Yeh, it's been a year or so since he has been involved.

I did try reaching out to him but got nothing back. I really hope he is ok!

It might be the time to start considering a fork given the Espressif 3.0 introduced issues that have had community fixes but nothing committed to the main repo..

@Bodmer I really hope you are OK and can come back to helping the community with your awesome project!
