Add support for AXS15231B display (JC3248W535 dev module)

Hi, I want AXS15231B display to be supported because I need to switch from a smaller display (240x320, ST7789 driver) to a larger display (320x480, AXS15231B driver). This display is also used in the LilyGo T-Display-S3-Long development module.

Also, a touch driver for the display would be appreciated, because I couldn't find any touch driver for Arduino for this display.

I have also tried other library called Arduino_GFX, but it doesn't have many features like TFT_eSPI does, but also it's hard to port it from this library to that library.
