MMU3 MK3S/+ Bondtech Bear Upgrade compatability

I am looking at getting the Prusa MMU3 for my Bear MK3S with the Bondtech extruder. Prusa has no experience with checking compatability of this configuration. Has anyone looked at this configuration? I know I will have to design a mounting due to the 2040 V frame but my concern is with the extruder (x Axis) configuration.
