Printing odd size pages

Thanks for this wonderful software!

I need to print missing pages from an antique book. The physical page size is 132mm by 196mm (which fits in a A5 portrait).
I can create a PDF with the correct page size (See note below). When I print a page without using boomaga and i select scale mode "None; Print original size", then i get exactly what i need: The printed area fits exactly the book's page, i can crop the physical page and it superimpose perfectly with existing book pages.

Now I want Boomaga to create a booklet without scaling anything and without adding margin. I want to print it, crop it to 264x196 (which fits in a A4 in landscape) and insert it in the signature before resewing (part of) the book.

I've been fighting for hours, and whatever i do, Boomaga always print out of scale, with the wrong margins or with misaligned sub-pages.

Note on the input PDF:
My input document is https://archive.org/details/sawmillstheirar00balegoog, I need page 4, 5, 10 and 11. I first process it with the "Krop" software to create a PDF that only contains page 2 to 11, that is cropped to the "active" area (PDF size is bigger than the real book).

Is there a way to control scaling and margin so that i can print my missing pages and restore this antique book?
Any help or point out would be highly appreciated.
