Add "Advanced Topics" top-level pages (Formal Verification, AI Auditing, Layer 2 Security)

The README references an "Advanced Topics" section but the repo is missing standalone pages for each major topic. Add three new Markdown pages:

• Advanced_Topics/Formal_Verification.md
• Advanced_Topics/AI_Auditing.md
• Advanced_Topics/Layer2_Security.md

Each page should contain an overview, example tools/methods, recommended readings, and links to practical resources.

A short introduction

Why it matters
