Device Cost Tracker

Add an optional cost tracker for each device ( that has a kWh value associated) that is defined in Target Timeframes. The output should be easily graphed like the 'Individual device .. usage' graphs on the Energy page. I know stuff has been written about how to do this on the internet but honestly the explanations there either make my head explode or assume you are running with a fixed price tariff. A blueprint or something (?) that could be occasionally run (as new devices get added) to create all the sensors etc would work also if that is easier. I don't know , all this stuff is so far over my head it leaves a con trail.
