Prison Cage Corners Don't line up

Describe the bug
Thought prison corners would match up with the prison walls to put a bar on the corner. Keeping the bar spacing even but making the corners look solid.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place prison corner tile (the two corner pieces have a weird overlap where you can see one is slightly higher as well)
2. Align prison wall tile
3. Place
4. Tiles over lap causing weird corner with an 8 bar pile up.

Additional context
It definitely looks more solid, but in a "put boards on the broken window" kind of way.
