Changing floors while using arrow keys on ladders #1024

Describe the bug
Thought sewer ladder would help move between floors, but if the floor butts up against the ladder tile you can't move through it. If the map isn't closed off you can grab the character and move it around until you get to another floor though. Doesn't help so much on maps with walls though.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Climb ladder to another floor
- If there is a gap, character moves up but other than grabbing the pawn, can't get to the floor.
- If there isn't a gap between the new floor and the ladder the pawn is stuck.

Additional context
Would be nice to be able to use the ladder/trapdoor + ladder to be able to move to different levels while using the arrow keys. Although you can use the teleport mini function by shift + clicking pawn, then switch the level being viewed, then click the new location. If moving into the ladder and then an up arrow or down arrow for floor change if multiple directions are available is possible it would be easier for the user's experience I think.
