sqlite3.DatabaseError: database disk image is malformed
The Database disk image is malformed.

To Reproduce
Could be reproduced by filling the database disk image with garbage data. Wherever it is.

Expected behavior
A popup prompting whether you want to recreate the database.

Same issue. On first install, it downloaded all the segments, but failed when it was trying to combine segments and had an error about 'not a zip file'.

After that, just clicking on the plugin icon gives a dialog box with this message:
