Plugin crash when trying to open disk IO Error

Describe the bug
After downloading the parts (initial download) the plugin does not open anymore and crashes as soon as i want to open it from kicad.
So as soon as it HAS a database downloaded it wont function anymore.

Restarting Kicad and so on (running it as admin) does not solve the issue.

Getting an sqlite disk I/O error -> see screenshot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the plugin
2. Open the plugin (first time)
3. Wait for the download of parts to finish (success)
4. Close the window
5. Open it again

Expected behavior
The JLC Plugin window should open

@Bouni ok i figured out what went wrong.

The project i tried to open was a created before i wiped my pc and reinstalled everything.
After reinstallation i reinstalled kicad and opened my project over SMB (which i usually do) - as all my projects are centralized on a NAS.
I created a NEW kicad project, added one single part, went to PCB Editor and JLCPCB just opens without error.
This was the indicator: it has to do sth. with the previously created project itself.

I inspected the files in the jlcpcb folder of the project and realized there is a file called "project".
Then i had a look on the fresh kicad project and just copied over the "project" file which was created there and replaced the other one of the project which does not open.

Et voila -> now the JLCPCB plugin opens again in the old project.

Conculsion: Maybe it makes sense to code sth. in the plugin which is automatically trying to create a new "project" file, if certain error is happening?
