| Description | A new metadata extractor for Datalad. The goal of this project is to look at how to use NIDM-Results metadata in Datalad. NIDM-Results is a standardised representation for fMRI Results. Datalad provides version-control for datasets and has built-in support for metadata extraction and search. In this project, we will first go through the basics of Datalad, by following tutorials here and here. For our developments, we will then use examples of NIDM packs available on NeuroVault. |
