Add maccatalyst support.

Describe the feature

The xcframework has the maccatalyst bits already, but the tfm for the ios sdk, shared and Timber projects only have net6.0-ios or net7.0-ios. Please also include net6.0-maccatalyst and/or net7.0-maccatalyst. Thanks!
