Triallogic: key press to initiated start and stop of trial logic

Right now the triallogic initialises immediately when we start the workflow and continues until we end the workflow.
It would be useful to have buttons to control the start and stop because

• it takes the mouse a little while to wake from iso so the first couple of trials we currently don't have the cricket arm on but it makes it harder to know for data analysis when the arm is put on
• sometimes the mice rip the cricket of the arm or the arm of the system and it would be good to be able to again indicate that the mouse is no longer doing the trial logic. Especially when we might replace the cricket arm with another it would be good to re-start the triallogic.

This has been implemented, but we need to add 'logging' of the trial start and stop times (as a useful behavioural annotation)
