Show the card details information in the "Your Stack" section

There's a current issue in the contract code that doesn't allow @Olaleye-Blessing show the card details information for the cards the wallet has created or joined even tho a wallet is connected.

Current state:

We are only showing the "No Stacks", only when the user goes to an specific Stack they can realize they are part of it.

The desired state:

User can do the following tasks from the dashboard:

• Filter the Stacks by state
• Claim their last deposit when a Stack has been retired/decommissed
• Claim their round if it applies

We need the contract to be edited so this section can be shown by the general launch (by the middle of march). Let's consider this a high priority. RIght now Blessing is hiding this section but we can keep working on it backstage @exo404

I would propose to add the stack label to the contract over adding a supabase instance to project scope.
