Suggestion: Support stringtable.xml files in `include` folder

Suggestion:
When relying on external stringtable.xml entries, hemtt doesnt seem to check the stringtable.xml files who are inside the include folder.

It would be nice so hemtt check's warning output remains a valid warning instead of "overlooking" it, assuming its a "false positive".

So you're wanting this to check against external mod's stringtables?

Like you would put a stringtable.xml from ACE into your include folder, and HEMTT would check against them?

Pretty much. Example: i made an Addon which is based on ace Advanced fatigue. I was able to use a couple of ace stringtable entries instead of making a duplicated entry.

I don't know about this though. It seems like it'd be more work to add to HEMTT than would ever been spent on checking external stringtables

thats fair and might be an edgecase, i just prefer to use external stringtables if they're already defined, espl. with more languages.
