OpenTofu support

I only just bumped into caffeine_lang and this is a highly intriguing project, that is nerd-sniping me. Even though I am only still in earliest stages of a new techstack exploration, based on gleam. 😅

That stack follows an open-standard and open-technologies first approach. I was wondering what your views are wrt OpenTofu and having support for that on the project roadmap, a project fostered under umbrella of the Linux Foundation.
