Retrieving/editing module fills blanks with spaces

When retrieving a module into your workspace, or opening it with quick edit, every space at the end of a line up until the end of the rec length is filled with spaces. This makes editing files much more tricky as the spaces are constantly in the way of stuff.

FYI the workaround to this issue is to check this VS Code setting:

@IgorCATech Actually might be a bad idea because I found that this causes an issue where adding the element with whitespaces deleted from the member makes endevor think that all the lines have changed when actually they have not. So to clarify...

When I retrieve a member to my local workspace, all the lines are filled with spaces up until the end of the record. This makes editing the file a big pain so I have this vs code setting enabled that deletes spaces from the end of lines when you save the file. I do this then upload it back to endevor, which says I have changed all the lines. Removing the spaces at the end of the line and uploading is what is making it think all the lines are different. I confirmed this by the element comparison showing the whitespaces are gone...

So this issue is definately a high priority one because the workaround causes a major issue with essentially "breaking" the ability to compare changes on the element.
