Time difference for moon rise/set in Havana

I am using this nice python script but validating results against:

• https://www.timeanddate.com/moon/cuba/havana
• https://www.metcheck.com/OTHER/moontimes.asp?LocationID=315453&Location=Havana

or other internet sites there are differences bigger than 3 or even 5 minutes.
