Cutom emails per approved room #2
Description
Currently the timecard reminder message is static but the list of emails are not the same for both rooms the bot is currently used for.
There are two options for fixing this:
- Removing Ops lead/ Project managers from the list of emails making it standard for everyone in the company regardless of contract
- Creating a config, yaml, look up table, or other solution to store the unique emails for each room
Additionally, these emails were stored in the environment and that variable was deleted so if the reminder triggered now, the reminders would be without emails.
