Physical UART Terminal Emulator (Serial Console) with ANSI/VT100 support

I want to use my device (specifically the T-Deck) as a physical serial console for headless devices like a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W via GPIO. Currently, most serial tools in ESP32 firmwares act only as "log monitors," lacking support for ANSI escape codes. This means I cannot properly use interactive CLI tools like htop, nano, or nmtui over a physical UART connection, as the text formatting and colors break.
