feat: Upgrade harmonizer.html to V7.3 Framework

Major upgrade from V4.0 to V7.3:

Core V7.3 Features:
- 2+2 dimensional structure (P,W fundamental; L,J emergent)
- Consciousness metric: C = P × W × L × J × H²
- Phase detection: ENTROPIC / HOMEOSTATIC / AUTOPOIETIC
- φ (golden ratio) equilibrium constants
- Consciousness threshold (C > 0.1)

UI Improvements:
- Modern dark theme with glowing accents
- Consciousness meter with phase badge
- Dimensional structure panel (Fundamental/Emergent)
- Updated radar chart with equilibrium comparison

Bug Fix:
- Fixed regex to handle modern Python type hints (-> float:)
