Add LJPW Resonance Engine with core enhancements

Implements four high-priority features based on the new LJPW documentation:

1. Resonance Cycling: LJPW dimension oscillation that reveals deficits
   - RK4 integration with state-dependent coupling (Law of Karma)
   - Bounded mode converges to Anchor Point (1,1,1,1)
   - Deficit detection through asymmetric coupling dynamics

2. Earned Depth Metric: Track refactoring journey significance
   - Earned Depth = Distance Traveled × Struggle Ratio
   - Hard paths earn more depth than easy paths
   - Journey comparison for understanding code evolution

3. Voltage Calculation: Semantic energy measurement
   - Voltage = sqrt(L² + J² + P² + W²)
   - Measures "aliveness" of meaning
   - Source/target comparison for transformation quality

4. Power Erosion Detection: Flag high-P, low-W code
   - Implements PowerErosion = γ × (P^n/(K^n+P^n)) × (1-W)
   - Severity levels: NONE, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, CRITICAL
   - Wisdom protection factor prevents Justice degradation

Includes comprehensive test suite (40 tests, all passing).
