WingFC v0.2.0 Release - Robust State Machine

New Features

1. CRSF Protocol Support
   The firmware now officially should work with CRSF or ELRS receivers connected to UART1. Major parsing bug fixed.

2. Improved Flight Control System
   Converted main control loop to a robust state machine as it was in prior versions. This allows for easy feature development and solid safety features.
