Winarm64 binaries failing

Hi,
The Windows ARM64 builds are failing, see https://github.com/gamer191-org/FFmpeg-Builds-btbn/actions/runs/17372165912/job/49345247654 and https://github.com/gamer191-org/FFmpeg-Builds-btbn/actions/runs/17357820591/job/49277033046. I suspect that the reason they're working in this repo is because there's an existing cache already

There is no cache here. The recent revamp of the dependency generator completely flushed it.
i.e. builds are succeeding here, and also worked when I last tested them locally.

Ah, it's failing much earlier.
You need to report this in the upstream repo at https://github.com/mstorsjo/llvm-mingw
I can't do anything about that failure here.

Can you please report it? I don't understand the log enough to write a good bug report

Btw, was I correct that that issue isn't occurring in this repo because of caching? Or is there some other reason?

Well, the issue will manifest once the base image gets rebuilt.
Not sure if that counts as cache, but the result is the same.

Do you have any idea what would be required to reproduce the issue? Do you think we can just report it with a link to the above actions logs?

Otherwise, I can read through and try to figure it out from the log (perhaps Copilot may have some useful suggestions that aren't hallucinations🤞)

Yeah, just a link to the log, or a copy of it, should be plenty. The workflow logs don't live forever.

I'm re-running the workflow at https://github.com/gamer191-org/FFmpeg-Builds-btbn/actions/runs/17372165912/job/49427211626, hopefully that commit does indeed fix the issue, and the re-run workflow passes (I'll edit this message once the workflow finishes)

It didn't fix it for me, so I have pinned the version to one that hopefully works.

This is still failing, even on older commits that worked in the past.
I don't understand what the difference is between then and now.

I think you forgot to enable the winarm64 base image in your latest commit?
