Inconsistency in Lightning Address and withdraw modal

• missing Fiat/SATs denominator icon in amount column. Allow user to denominate in fiat.
  --> for Lightning address modal and withdraw modal

• value/amount range displayed in fiat & SATs is cluttering the UI shoudl reflect the choosen denominator and display dynamicly (see screenshot)
