Maybe some animals migrate some are smarter and are scared of other animals and also other things etc

Possible, just outside the scope of the mod. As we mainly focus on performance improvements and small adjustments. Larger improvements could be better served in a separate package. I'll keep it in consideration if we ever expanded functionality. For now the mod is mostly is only receiving MC updates and bug fixes.
