Hi. Expression pedals are not supported right now but I have had quite a lot of requests for it, so I do plan to do it soon. I have some parts ordered to help me develop. |

Sorry, maybe I wasn't being clear. When I said pared down version, I meant just the software portion. Didn't know if there was a base version that just did all the communicating stuff without the UI, etc. |

Sounds good. Any ETA on volume control? |

First off, love this project. Good job.
Secondly, as great as the whole thing is I really only need a very tiny portion of it. I want to use a volume/expression pedal to control patch volume (CC#7) on the GP5 wirelessly. I don't need the UI. I don't need all the other niceties. I just want to send volume info from my pedal to the GP5.
One thing I'm trying is to use an esp32-s3 connected to my pedal to send BT-MIDI to a CME WIDI UHOST which is plugged into the GP5. Not sure if this is going to work, but it's my fall back if I can't do it directly. Obviously it's no fun having another device hooked up the the GP5. This is why your project intrigued me.
Is this possible with your project? If so, is there a pared down version I could use to just implement the volume pedal?
